At Love & Co, all orders are final and non-returnable. Please note that there is no return and cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased.
In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can exchange it for other items within 7 days upon receiving your item. If a higher value item is chosen, a top up of the price difference is applicable. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Shipping fees will not be refunded for exchanges.

How about the exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your order and we understand that customers might change their minds right after purchasing the item. With that, we allow 1-to-1 exchange for other items that is/are equal or greater in price within 30 days upon receiving the item. All returns to exchange has to be done within 7 days upon receiving the item. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must be intact.
Love & Co. reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defected item, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 3 days upon receiving your items.

What products are eligible for exchange?

Most of our products are eligible for exchange, with the exception of:
- customised and engraved jewellery
- sponsored jewellery including giveaway items
In the event you will like to exchange your items, we will advise you to email us at infomy@love-and-co.com to check on the exchange eligibility.
What is the process of exchange?

If you would like to make a return and exchange for another item, you can email us at infomy@love-and-co.com with your invoice and the item you would like to exchange to. We will then advise accordingly if the exchange is possible. Thereafter, if approval is given for a valid exchange, our customer sales representatives will contact you to bring your items to a local retail store for exchange. Purchased items can only be returned in the country where it was originally purchased.
How do I exchange items purchased from another platform?

If you would like to exchange for an item bought from other platforms e.g. Shopee or Lazada, you will need to initiate a chat via the Shopee or Lazada app through your order details. Mention that you would like to make an exchange for another item and our representative will get back to you at our soonest.
