DELIVERY POLICY

At Love & Co , we offer the delivery options of shipping and in-store collection. In the following sections, our express and standard delivery options are detailed to help you choose the best method for your needs.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Takes 5 – 7 business days from the date of order
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Malaysia
An estimated delivery timeline would be indicated in your order confirmation email

Free delivery applies to all orders in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM 15 will apply.

All deliveries are insured, ensuring your items are protected till they reach you. We are unable to offer the option to choose specific delivery timeslots as shipments are handled by third-party couriers.

INSTORE COLLECTION

Takes 5 – 7 business days from the date of order
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Malaysia
An estimated timeline would be indicated in your order confirmation email

Do note that the lead time for instore collection is the same as standard shipping. This is because time is needed for our processing team to verify the payment, locate the item ordered, and arrange it down to the store of choice to collect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping to 11 countries, including:

Australia
Canada
Cambodia
Hong Kong
Indonesia
New Zealand
Philippines
Thailand
Vietnam

International delivery fees range from RM450, differing country by country. Additional fees may be required to ship multiple and/or bulky items such as figurines, which will affect the volumetric weight of the parcel. Kindly liaise with our Customer Service Team via Whatsapp.

Once shipped, your international order should reach you within 7 – 14 working days.

Please note that Love & Co does not bear any of the additional duties charged for importing jewellery items overseas, for all overseas purchases. These will have to be borne by the customer.
