It depends. There are many factors that go into the price of a customised ring - such as metal type, number and size of gemstones/diamonds, as well as, the complexity of the design.

We offer complimentary consultation and would love for you to share your ideas with us! Our consultants would then be able to give you an estimated quote, and this would hopefully help you make a better and more informed decision.

 

What are the diamonds available at Love & Co.?

Here at Love & Co., we offer the luxury of choice. We offer both mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds. All Love & Co. diamonds are handpicked, cut to perfection (3 X Excellent) and fulfil 50 stringent criteria. Every diamond is also certified and graded by reputable third party gemmological laboratories.

Our signature mined Lovemarque diamonds are cut to perfection, each boasting exceptional brilliance, scintillation, fire and light symmetry. Encapsulating an eternal rose, the Lovemarque diamond is the epitome of everlasting love.

Our lab grown LVC Precieux collection features exquisite diamonds that are ethical, sustainable and pure like the top 2% of the world’s mined diamonds. 

We offer complimentary ring resizing as long as it is within 3 ring sizes difference and 30 days of purchase. A small fee may be charged if the final ring size falls outside the range. Note that not all designs are suitable for resizing. Chat with us if you have any enquiry.

Generally, it takes around 2 - 3 months to craft the engagement ring. However, depending on the custom order, it may require less or more time.

Every diamond (0.30 carats and above) has an inscription bearing its unique certification number. The inscription can only be viewed with a 10X magnification loupe or a microscope. You can verify the inscription number against the diamond certificate number.

We offer payment via Mastercard/VISA credit card and Direct Bank Transfer for your purchases. Rest assured, your personal details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within West Malaysia and additional RM15 for shipment to East Malaysia. Standard shipping will be delivered within 5 working days upon order confirmation.

Alternatively, you may choose to pick up the purchased item(s) at any of Love & Co. Showrooms in Malaysia within 5 working days upon order confirmation.

Vouchers and discounts do not apply to shipping fees and will not be refunded, unless stated otherwise.

Yes. We offer shipping to many other countries. However, relevant taxes, custom duties and insurance may apply. Please chat with us for further assistance.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within West Malaysia and additional RM15 for shipment to East Malaysia. Standard shipping will be delivered within 5 working days upon order confirmation.

However, for certain categories of items like engagement rings and wedding bands, if additional customization is required, we may require more time. Our sales staff will keep in touch with you on the lead time of delivery.

Product Information & Sizing

In general, we try to keep a similar assortment of products both offline and online, so that you may choose to browse and enjoy the same experience on either platforms.

For our e-store collection, time to time we do have online exclusive products. Do check in time to time to see these collections!

Yes! Of course we do. For all our rings, you may view the ring size guide at the product overview section.

For some of our product collections, complimentary engraving is available.

Do note that for all online purchase of engravable products, they have to be brought down to the store within 2 weeks of purchase. Products sent for engraving must also have no visible signs of wear or use, subject to the professional evaluation of our sales staff.

Exchange Policy

There is no return and cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased. In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can exchange it for other items equivalent or higher value where a top-up of the difference, within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded for exchanges.

All exchanges can be returned at any stores nearby to you. 

The current exchange policy is within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must be intact. 

Love & Co. reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defected item, please contact us at our Contact Us page within 3 days upon receiving your items.

All exchanges can be returned at any stores nearby to you.

Digital Gift Card

They are prepaid stored-value digital cards that you can gift to your customers, guests, employees and loved ones. Suitable for all occasions and fun to receive.

e-Gift cards are valid for one-time use only. Please ensure you maximise your gift card value before checkout as excess value will not be refunded.

You can purchase them via our e-stores only.

Pick a jewellery you love and add it to your cart. Key in your unique gift card code under ‘Redeem A Gift Card’ at the shopping cart page or checkout page and the discount will reflect accordingly.

No, redemption of gift cards are limited to 1 e-Gift card per transaction. Here’s the good news – it’s applicable to on-going promotions!

You are unable to add more credits to the e-Gift card after you have paid and checkout. Please ensure you pick the right amount before you check out.

Stored value of gift cards may only be used exclusively online at Love & Co. estore.

Unfortunately, the value cannot be amended once the purchase is made.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your (brand) e-Gift card, please contact Love & Co. Customer Service immediately ([email protected]). e-Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and should be safeguarded accordingly. We will not be liable for and will not reimburse the stored value of any lost or stolen e-Gift cards. Please do not display your gift card number online.

Yes! Select and add your favourite jewellery to the cart, redeem your gift card and make payment (if required). Please ensure you maximise your gift card value before checkout as excess value will not be refunded.

Simply select your preferred e-Gift card design and denomination, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your credit card.

Unfortunately, the validity cannot be altered once your e-Gift card has been issued. So use them within the validity period.

Your recipient will receive an email from us with the gift card design and denomination you’ve picked! The unique gift card code and expiry will also be stated in the same email to them.

Terms of Sale

1.1 In this Terms of Sale (“Agreement”), unless the subject or context other requires the following words and expressions shall have the following meaning:

“Customer” refers to the party purchasing the requested Goods and/or from Love & Co.;

“Love & Co.” refers to Love & Co. Pte Ltd;

“Delivery Address” refers to the address specified by the Customer for the delivery of Goods;

“Goods” refers to the products (including any instalment of the Goods or any part of them) sold by Love & Co. and requested and purchased by the Customer;

“Party” refers to either Love & Co. or the Customer;

“Parties” refers to Love & Co. and the Customer;

“Site” refers to the website www.love-and-co.com owned by Love & Co.;

“Services” refers to the vault storage or delivery services requested and purchased by the Customer, if and when applicable;

“Terms” refers to the terms set out in this Agreement; and

“Writing” refers to emails, letters and comparable means of communication.

2.1 The Customer agrees that any purchase of Goods and Services from Love & Co. shall be accepted entirely at Love & Co.’s discretion, and, if so accepted, will only be accepted subject to these Terms.

2.2 The quantity, quality and description of the Goods shall be as specified in the order.

2.3 The final price of the Goods shall be stated the order and shall not be subject to any changes unless approved by authorised representatives of Love & Co. in writing.

2.4 Love & Co. reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion.

3.1 No changes made to the order or this Agreement shall be binding unless agreed in Writing between the Customer and the authorised representatives of Love & Co.

3.2 This Agreement shall be treated as a single agreement and not severable even if the Goods are to be delivered by installments.

3.3 Each individual entering into this Agreement on behalf of a party hereto represents and warrants that he has been fully empowered by such party to enter into this Agreement and that all necessary action to authorise his entering into this Agreement has been taken by such party.

3.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms on which any quotation has been given to and accepted by the Customer and/or such other terms of Love & Co. as may be provided or notified to the Customer.

3.5 This Agreement supersedes and invalidates all other commitments, representations and warranties relating to the subject matter hereof which may have been made by the parties either orally or in writing prior to the date hereof, and which shall become null and void from the date this Agreement is signed. Each party warrants to the other that it has not relied on any such commitment, representation or warranty in entering into this Agreement.

3.6 This Agreement may not be released, discharged, supplemented, interpreted, amended, varied or modified in any manner except by an instrument in writing signed by a duly authorised officer or representative of each of the parties hereto.

3.7 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be so construed as to constitute either party to be the agent of the other.

4.1 The Customer acknowledges that Love & Co. uses a live pricing system on the Site.

4.2 The Customer agrees that –

a. due to the market volatility and significant fluctuations in the price of Goods, the prices displayed on the Site are subject to changes constantly and the prices displayed on the main pages might differ from the prices displayed on the checkout page of your purchase (“Checkout Page”);
b. Love & Co. will not be liable for any pricing errors and for any loss or damage occurring as a result of errors due to 4.2.a above; and
c. should an error occur, Love & Co. reserves the right to either offer a re-quote or cancel the Customer’s order at Love & Co. ‘s sole discretion.

4.3 The final price of the Goods purchased will be as reflected on the Checkout Page (“Locked-in Price”).

4.4 Payment on our Site can be made via MasterCard, Visa, bank transfer, cheque or cash, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective banks and debit/credit card providers.

4.6 Should the Customer choose to make payment via Visa or Mastercard, an additional 3.5% charge will be levied on the total amount.

4.7 For all payments made via bank transfer, the Locked-in Price will be retained for thirty (30) minutes after the order confirmation is issued and displayed after the Checkout Page regardless of any further changes in the live pricing.

4.8 Unless otherwise agreed with an authorised representative of Love & Co., Love & Co. reserves the right to cancel the order in its entirety should the payment not be made within 30 minutes. All such cancellations by Love & Co. shall be treated as a cancellation by the Customer and be subjected to the Cancellation Policy as set out in Clause 5 of this Agreement.

4.9 Love & Co. reserves the right to cancel all orders regardless of whether payment has been made. Cancellations by Love & Co. without cause will not be subject to the Cancellation Policy in Clause 5. The Customer agrees that Love & Co. will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur due to the cancellation.

4.10 By purchasing Goods and Services, the Customer authorises Love & Co. to transmit or obtain the Customer’s information from third parties, such as the Customer’s credit card provider, from time to time, subject to Love & Co.’s Privacy Policy.

By placing an order on our Site, this constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the Goods. The offer will be subject to acceptance and confirmation by Love & Co. Each order confirmed by Love & Co. shall constitute an individual legally binding contract between the Customer and Love & Co.

6.1 If requested, Goods can only be exchanged for Goods with a similar or higher value.

6.2 Love & Co. operates on a strict no-refund policy.

7.1 Love & Co. reserves all rights to conduct customer due diligence on all our Customers.

7.2 By purchasing from Love & Co., the Customer agrees that he/she will be required to submit certain personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act.

7.3 The Customer agrees that Love & Co. may from time to time be required to submit certain reports pertaining to the transaction to the relevant authorities in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Singapore.

7.4 All relevant information collected by Love & Co. for the purposes of customer due diligence will be retained for a period of seven years in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Malaysia.

8.1 The Customer agrees to notify Love & Co. immediately of any changes to his/her designated address at least one (1) day before the scheduled delivery.

8.2 The Customer agrees and acknowledges that a last minute change in his/her designated address might result in a delay in delivery time.

8.3 While Love & Co. will endeavour to meet the estimated dates for delivery of Goods, Love & Co. undertakes no obligation to deliver by such dates, and Love & Co. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to deliver by such dates howsoever caused.

8.4 Should the Customer fail to receive the Goods at the time of delivery, he/she can opt to have it re-delivered with an additional fee.

8.5 The Customer agrees to inspect his/her Goods immediately upon delivery and agrees that should it be discovered that the Goods delivered are incorrect or damaged in any way, to contact Love & Co. within 3 days of delivery.

The Customer shall indemnify Love & Co. against all actions, proceedings, claims or demands in any way connected with this Agreement brought or threatened against Love & Co. by a third party except to the extent that Love & Co. is liable to the Customer under this Agreement.

10.1 Love & Co. warrants that we –

10.2 Hold full clear and unencumbered title in and to all of the Goods; and

10.3 have the full and unrestricted right, power and authority to sell and transfer all of the Goods to the Customer hereunder whereupon the Customer will acquire valid and unencumbered title thereto.

10.4 Title to the Goods shall remain with Love & Co. and shall not pass to the Customer until payment has been received by Love & Co. in full.

11.1 All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given.

11.1.1 when delivered, if delivered by messenger during normal business hours of the recipient, and;

11.1.2 on the third business day following mailing, if mailed by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, in each case addressed as follows:

A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contacts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore to enforce any terms of this Agreement.

If any term or provision in this Agreement shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any enactment or rule of law, such term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms but the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms shall not be affected.

Love & Co.‘s failure to enforce or exercise any our rights under this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver or variation of any such rights unless made in Writing and signed by an authorised representative of Love & Co.

The Customer agrees to bear all relevant government taxes arising from all Goods and Services requested.

16.1 The Customer agrees that neither Love & Co. nor any of its employees or agents shall be considered to be in breach of this Agreement or under any liability whatsoever for non-performance, part-performance, or delay in the performance of our obligations under this Agreement if it is directly or indirectly caused by or is a result of any circumstance beyond its reasonable control and that Love & Co. shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations.

16.2 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances –

16.2.1 acts of Gods, explosion, flood, lightning, tempest, fire or accident;

16.2.2 war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies;

16.2.3 rebellion, revolution, terrorism, insurrection, military, or usurped power or civil war;

16.2.4 riot, civil commotion or disorder;

16.2.5 acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, refusals to grant any licences or permissions, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental authority;

16.2.6 import or export regulations or embargoes;

17.2.7 strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes of whatever nature (whether involving employees of the Contractor or a third party); or

16.2.8 defaults of suppliers (or equivalent) where such delay is beyond the reasonable control of the suppliers (or equivalent) concerned.

16.2.9 Time is of the Essence

16.2.10 Time is of the essence in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
